Converting classic cars to battery operation - Y2Car

One app - all CAN applications combined

Development of an electric car with iPad app concept

Just imagine: Your vintage electric car has an app that can combine all the CAN components of a converted electric car! Not possible? Then take a look at the Y2Car app! Extremely high-performance display of CAN-capable controllers, BMSs and/or other components. Our interface makes it possible to merge all data in the vehicle and transfer it extremely quickly to an Apple device. The display is another highlight, as the app is completely asynchronous, which makes the display look so fluid. Several algorithms have been programmed to make this excellent performance possible. We do not use a slow Java runtime. Everything runs close to the hardware. The result is an app that knows the complete situation of your e-vehicle and can react if necessary. In split-screen mode, you can of course also access all the other conveniences of the iPad. Navigation, radio, etc.... The app simply continues to run in the background or in split-screen mode. Best of all, the system can be easily integrated into the existing environment. Connect CAN-High, CAN-Low, 12V and ground - done! As soon as the system is running, you can simply switch on the downloaded app. Everything is automatically connected via Bluetooth, so you can simply drive off. Wishes? Don't hesitate to ask for your own design concept: e.g. an old VW? How about the original cockpit instruments? With a fine leather look or rather Star Trek like? We are happy to adapt the design. The performance will be exactly the same as in the original app.
